They were impeccable from beginning to end. We were met by Marie who was able to plan our funeral with great efficiency and compassion. Marie organised a representative from Sent From Heaven - Angela to come to our house and prepare the mass booklets. She was extremely helpful in making suggestions and producing a high quality mass booklet.
The funeral day itself ran without any issues and a high level of respect from all staff. It gave us great comfort in knowing that such professionals enabled everything to run smoothly. Even our guests commented on how lovely the service was.
We cannot thank the team enough for their time, effort and wonderful support whilst organising a funeral for our Father/Grandfather.
